What the session is about?

Transcranial near infrared light therapy (Photobiomodulation - tPBM) is quickly gaining popularity as a breakthrough for elite athletes.

Join our expert panel to learn how tPBM uses safe and effective wavelengths of light supported by over 10 years of research, to stimulate cellular function and regeneration. The result is improved strength, reaction time, and endurance plus enhanced physical recovery and mental health.

In this session tailored specifically for trainers and elite athletes, we will explore the science behind PBM, its applications, and benefits in sports and training. You'll hear real-life examples of how this therapy is being used in amateur, college and pro sports settings to give athletes a performance edge.

What will you learn?

Why photobiomodulation is gaining popularity among trainers and elite athletes.

How transcranial photobiomodulation is different from other light therapies.

What the research reveals about tPBM and its ability to improve strength, endurance, cognitive processing and recovery?

How are elite athletes incorporating PBM into their routine to win games?

How PBM coupled with neurofeedback can help elite athletes with Post TBI and Concussion generated mood, pain and behavioral disorders.
